Due to a disastrous fire in Jan 2008 our current schedule is uncertain.
80+ animals lost their lives. We desperately need help to rebuild and care for
the remaining 150+ animals. Please check out the
donations page to see what you can do to help. For updates or
questions regarding the recovery effort, join our
Yahoo Discussion Group.
You can then get email updates on the recovery process and post your comments.
The discussion group is moderated.
Financial contributions can be made directly to the Safari Joe's Tragedy
Account at Arvest Bank. The bank routing number is "103112976" and the
account number is "35366706".

Safari Joe's facility is a currently a closed sanctuary where people can bring
animals that they can no longer care for. At this time, the public is not
invited to enter the park and view animals. If Safari Joe can help
you with an animal that you no longer can care for, then the creature will be
able to live out the rest of its life at the park. You can contact Joe
using the information below to make arrangements for an animal.
Long term plans include making parts of the park open to the public for walk
through and drive through viewings, but it's too early in the process to propose
any dates regarding when these services will be available. Additional
funding must be raised in order to bring about those changes.
